What do I need to do to open an Art/music Gallery in NY State?
I found a potential place in Buffalo, NY for a small art gallery/experimental music space. Where do I find information about the regulations of opening a gallery? Are there regulations? I imagine there must be some. I have done searches online and I cannot seem to find anything about it. Thanks for the help!
I am not planning on making money with this endeavor.
There are no regulations other than the basic ones for opening ANY business in a commercial space. Incorporating, business occupancy licences etc. You do understand that opening such a business as you describe in Buffalo, NY will NOT be profitable, right?
